Terms of Service

It is a legal agreement that outlines the rules, responsibilities, and expectations between a website, app, or service provider and its users.

1. The site and its content

Everything on this site, including the design, text, images, case studies and code, belongs to me or its clients. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Client work is shown with permission and stays the property of the respective owners where agreed.

2. Content & Materials

The client is responsible for providing accurate text, images, logos, brand assets and other materials required for the project.

The designer is not responsible for errors contained in client-provided content after it has been approved.

3. Revisions

The project includes an agreed number of revision rounds to show ideas. Revisions refer to refinements of the selected design direction, rather than starting a completely new concept.

Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will have additional fee.

4. Payments & Refund

Work started after the deposit has been made. Copyright and final usage rights for the approved design are transferred to the client only after full payment has been received. Until then, it remains with the designer.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, initial payment is non-refundable and covers the time already reserved and work completed.

5. Changes

New concepts, deliverables or requests outside the original scope or after finalised design, may require an additional fee and timeline.

6. Originality & Liability

The designer is not responsible for copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property claims arising from materials, references, assets or instructions supplied by the client.
